One of the absolute best hotels I've ever stayed, and definitely the best I've stayed in Florence.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the garden is just lovely. You're in the center of Florence, but the inside garden is like an oasis. It's a very quick walk to the Duomo. The breakfast is fantastic. I also appreciated that the rooms and especially the bathroom are updated and modern.
